Textbooks

Print	Returns and exchanges will be accepted on eligible products in new condition, with your original receipt, and any tags within 14 days of purchase. New textbooks purchased for fall courses may be returned for refund with your original receipt and in new condition to the extended date of October 1. If there is an access code included, it cannot be used otherwise it is not returnable. New textbooks purchased in December for January courses may be returned for refund with your original receipt and in new condition to the extended date of January 31. View our full policy here.
eBook or Access Code	Access codes or eBooks that have not been redeemed are also returnable on or before October 1 or January 31. Codes or eBooks that have been redeemed are not returnable. View our full policy here.
Used book	Used textbooks are only returnable for purchases for fall courses with your original receipt to the extended date of October 1. Otherwise used textbooks are not returnable. View our full policy here.

General Merchandise

Clothing	Clothing that has not been worn or washed is returnable within 14 days. You must have your original receipt, and the items must be in new condition with original tags attached. View our full policy here.
Supplies	Pens and writing instruments are non-returnable unless defective. Open headphones and ink cartridges, as well as blank media (i.e. CD-R) are not refundable. View our full policy here.
Drinkware	All drinkware is non-returnable. If the item is defective, it must be returned for exchange within 14 days with the original receipt. View our full policy here.
Giftware	Giftware (except for custom orders) is returnable within 14 days with the original receipt. View our full policy here.
