How long will my order take?
Shipment/Delivery
Within Ontario
Order processing times are currently variable. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the order and once we have picked and processed it you will receive an email notification that your order is complete. We will also email you tracking information so you can keep track of your shipment. You can view your order status and history at any time by logging into our website.
Other Canadian Provinces
Order processing times are dependent on the time of year. USA
Order processing times are dependent on the time of year. International
When you place an order, we require a $100 deposit for shipping costs. You will receive an initial email immediately confirming the order. Once we have picked and processed it you will receive an email notification that your order is complete with the adjusted shipping charges. We will also email you tracking information. For shipments to other countries, the delivery time frame may vary significantly. You can view your order status and history at any time by logging into our website.
Residence/Curbside Pickup
Due to high volume, in-store pickup and residence delivery for online orders, with the exception of print-on-demand custom course books, is not available from August 26 - September 29.
Frame Order
Frames orders are shipped directly from our supplier and processing time is currently 2-3 weeks.

I can't find my textbooks or I can't order them.
My course isn’t listed on the website
We have not yet received a request from your instructor or the course coordinator for a textbook. Please check our website regularly for updates.

I found my course and textbook(s), but I can’t select or order them
Click here to start your search. If a textbook is in stock, you will be able to add it to your shopping cart. If you cannot add it, it is because your textbook is not yet in stock. On hand and on order quantities are active. We monitor our out-of-stock items closely and it will be back in stock as soon as possible. You can also click 'Notify Me' to receive a notification once the book is in stock.
Payment Options
Our site accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Visa Debit. Gift Cards are currently only supported for in-store purchases.
