How do I know if my books are available as an e-book? 

We will list the book as an eBook, or the SKU will begin with CEB. To learn more and check our list, please visit our website here: https://bookstore.uwo.ca/products/bookstore/ebooks-access-codes.

Where can I find my access code?

Purchased Online - You should have received a confirmation email from [e-mail] with the download/access code at the bottom of the email. Please follow the instructions on how to download your book. If you need technical support, please click here.

Print Package - The access code includes instructions on activating the code and how to contact the publisher for support.

Waiting to hear from a publisher?

If you've contacted a publisher or Campus eBookstore and have not yet received a response, please give it up to 48 hours. If you've waited a full two business days already, please contact us at [e-mail]
